Dairy Queen in Orlando seeks an experienced General Manager to lead store operations, drive growth and profitability, and uphold brand standards. You will oversee staffing, training, and daily performance to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role is salaried with an expected 50-hour workweek and requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to Dairy Queen's service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role.
• Experience managing profit & loss, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Background and motor vehicle record checks required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe certification where required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet or exceed standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Drive sales and profitability by executing systems and processes.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a best-in-class team of Smile Servers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws.
