Job summary

You will recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team to deliver the Dairy Queen brand experience and maintain excellent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as restaurant GM or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Background and motor vehicle record checks required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
