Job summary

A hands-on leader with a passion for guest experience is essential for success. The role requires 3-5 years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance; ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Build a positive team culture that reflects Popeyes values
