You will manage costs, inventory, scheduling, and daily/weekly reporting, plus lead local community engagement and guest relations.

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel & restaurant management or equivalent experience.
• Certified in a national food safety program.
• Five years experience in a supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Lead management team to meet annual budget and mission.
• Ensure daily and weekly reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team.
• Maintain food safety and quality control; uphold cleanliness and standards.
• Foster community relations and local marketing partnerships.
