Qualifications

• College degree in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent experience.
• Certified in a national food safety program.
• Five years experience in a supervisory position.
• Certified in-store trainer in all areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead management team to increase sales and net profit to meet the annual budget.
• Ensure accurate daily summary reports from cash register system.
• Prepare and review weekly operations report based on daily summaries.
• Manage weekly scheduling and deployment to meet labor targets.
• Maintain controllable costs and inventory according to business needs.
• Ensure food safety practices and quality control.
• Hire, orient, train, and develop team members; coach and mentor staff.
• Evaluate management performance and conduct bi-annual appraisals.
