Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc in Humble, TX, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a single Burger King location. You will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales and profitability while leading the restaurant management team across all shifts.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in restaurant management, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lead teams while focusing on profitability. Long or irregular shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years college preferred
• Complete internal certification programs
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work to meet deadlines
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees)
• Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance
• Work irregular shifts as needed for restaurant functioning
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers
• Interact with restaurant staff, management, district office, customers, and vendors
