Wendy's is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and deliver guest-focused service in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

In this role you will mentor managers and crew, maintain high-quality service, and implement company policies while striving to meet or exceed performance targets and guest expectations.

• Previous restaurant experience.
• Experience in supervising and managing staff.

• Willing to work normal schedule of 50+ hours per week (all shifts).
