Job summary

Wendy's in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, mentor managers and crew, and uphold Wendy's standards of service, quality, and cleanliness. The General Manager will drive sales, control costs, ensure food safety, and foster teamwork across all shifts, while meeting company goals and upholding Wendy's brand

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and managing restaurant staff.
• Previous restaurant experience required.
• Willing to work 50+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Interviews and hires team members.

• Maximizes store sales goals vs budget, including participation in marketing programs.
• Trains, monitors, and reinforces food safety procedures.
• Works with the leadership team to meet sales goals.
• Manages food and labor costs.
• Executes company policies and procedures.
• Monitors food inventory levels and orders product when necessary.
• Manages crew member employees in a manner that maximizes crew retention.
• Provides proper training for team members.
• Anticipates and identifies problems and initiates appropriate corrective action.
• Maintains fast, accurate service, provides excellent customer service, and meets and/or exceeds both company and customer expectations.
