Fourteen Foods Career Center seeks a Dairy Queen General Manager to lead store operations, drive growth, and ensure profitability while upholding brand standards. You will guide a team to deliver quality, service, and cleanliness, with accountability for the store's performance.

This salaried role expects about 50 hours per week, subject to business needs, and requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as restaurant general manager or similar role in food service leadership.
• Experience managing profit & loss (P&L), inventory, labor and scheduling.
• Must be 18 years or older, have valid driver's license, and pass background & motor vehicle checks.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
