The Dairy Queen General Manager at Fourteen Foods Career Center leads store operations, drives growth, and ensures profitability while upholding brand standards, policies, and local laws. This salaried role requires 3+ years in restaurant general management, a strong P&L background, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

You will recruit, train, coach, and retain a top-performing team and manage day-to-day to deliver outstanding service, quality, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a restaurant general manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• ServSafe certification or Food Handler’s Permit as required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Effective English communication.
