The Dairy Queen General Manager at Fourteen Foods Career Center leads the store with full accountability for operations, growth, and profitability, ensuring the brand experience and adherence to policies.

This salaried role expects about 50 hours per week, with requirements including 3+ years in restaurant leadership, P&L, inventory, and scheduling, along with a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a restaurant general manager or similar role in food service leadership.
• Experience managing profit & loss, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver’s license; pass background/motor vehicle checks.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
