Dairy Queen is seeking a General Manager to lead a single store, driving growth, profitability and brand standards. The role requires delivering exceptional quality, service and cleanliness while controlling costs and staffing, with accountability for every aspect of store performance.

The General Manager will recruit and develop a best-in-class team, managing operations and scheduling to meet business demands, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a restaurant general manager or in a similar food-service leadership role.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure operations comply with policies, procedures and standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop and retain a high-performing team.
