You will supervise restaurant operations, people, finances, safety and compliance, and drive guest satisfaction through strong leadership and a hands-on approach. Independent franchise ownership applies; competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, guest service, and team management.
• Lead all human resource processes, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, and training.
• Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budgeting, labor management and food ordering/costs to ensure profitability.
• Ensure adherence to food safety measures and maintain high standards for guest, employee safety and restaurant security.
• Oversee maintenance plans and ensure the restaurant meets and exceeds standards of excellence.
