Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math and understand fractions.
• Must stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assistant Managers and 15–30 staff depending on location.
• Oversee hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating employees.
• Order, receive, store, and issue supplies to minimize loss from waste or theft.
• Forecast food items per shift and supervise food preparation.
• Ensure world-class customer service and restaurant profitability.
• Conduct weekly manager meetings and maintain end-of-shift paperwork.
• Complete inventory and maintain equipment upkeep.
