McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant, ensuring Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards are met and partnering with leadership to set and achieve objectives.

The ideal candidate brings previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations, with a background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be eligible.

Qualifications

• General Manager responsible for running a profitable restaurant meeting quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Leads a team of Department Managers with coaching and direction to drive performance.
• Background in high-volume environments; prior GM experience preferred.
• Experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail is strongly desired; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant to achieve goals and maintain high customer standards.
• Set goals with leadership and develop plans to reach them.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future success.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
