McDonald’s Restaurants Limited operates as an independent Owner-Operator restaurant. We are looking for a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant while maintaining McDonald's standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, may hire and develop staff, and should bring leadership experience from hospitality or retail. Must be 18 or older to manage in our restaurants.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, follows up on progress, and provides coaching to improve Departments.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
