Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a General Manager in Dowagiac, MI to reinforce CORE values and lead the entire restaurant team. You will drive safe, high‑quality food and a friendly guest experience while coaching shifts and managing operations to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Drive safe, high‑quality food and a friendly guest experience.
• Schedule, coach, and develop Team Members; manage labor and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and cash handling policies.
