Border Foods LLC in Michigan seeks a General Manager to lead the restaurant, drive safe, friendly service, and uphold CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment.

You will own operations, manage a strong team, oversee scheduling, training, P&L, and guest experience while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards; expect 50+ hours weekly, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Three years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Experience with sales, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• ServeSafe certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Drive fast and friendly service while ensuring food safety and quality.
• Schedule and deploy the team; monitor performance and coaching.
