Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee the operation and profitability of the restaurant, ensuring Team Members deliver hospitality, not just service. You will supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, operate in line with the business plan, and report to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff, and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are properly trained to do their jobs through effective training programs.
• Open and operate the restaurant during defined business hours and standards.
• Provide leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment in excellent condition via approved vendors.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise staff according to policies in the operations standards manual.
• Develop and motivate Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to perform at top levels.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and engage District Manager with questions.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies to ensure a safe, compliant environment.
