• Staffing: Recruit, hire and onboard personnel to ensure adequate coverage.
• Performance management: Coach, develop and evaluate staff performance.
• Take action first: Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence.
• Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet standards of excellence.
