Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ current experience in the casual restaurant sector.
• High school diploma or GED; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills; excellent communication.

• Lead managers and staff to ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
