Qualifications

• Financial understanding including P&L and cost controls.
• Ability to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations and uphold standards of food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
