McDonald’s corporate restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume operation, uphold quality, service and cleanliness, and drive store profitability. The role involves coaching Department/Shift Managers, setting goals, and ensuring an effective team capable of delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior GM experience, a background in quick service or hospitality/retail, and meet the minimum age requirement to manage.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience leading a restaurant team
• Experience running high volume locations is preferred
• Background in quick service hospitality or retail is desirable
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in our restaurants

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant profitability and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards
• Lead Department and Shift Managers, set goals, coach and develop teams
• Hire and develop store leaders to build a strong restaurant team
