Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for its KFC locations in Mount Pleasant, Texas. You will lead a fast-paced team, drive profitability, manage inventory and labor, and ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team and driving profitability.
• P&L ownership and financial reporting experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit, interview and hire team members and managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash controls, inventory, and labor.
• Lead staffing: recruit, interview, and hire Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Coach staff to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure a clean, welcoming restaurant.
