• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire restaurant staff and managers.
• Coach teams to deliver operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure a clean, welcoming dining room.
