KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume KFC restaurant and drive profitability through strong people leadership and operational excellence.

You will recruit, train, and guide teams, manage inventory and finances, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a safe, clean restaurant environment. This role offers growth opportunities within a national franchise group.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees to uphold operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality products.
