Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in the United States is seeking a General Manager who will lead daily operations, train and supervise Crew and Carhops, and ensure food is prepared to the highest standards while delivering a memorable guest experience. You will develop staffing plans, manage inventory, prepare reports, and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of restaurant management, willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays, and strong

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of two years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
Ability to work a minimum 5 day workweek with irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/ Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards.
Prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing as needed.
Monitors inventory and places orders within cost controls.
Develops action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and sales trends.
Ensures customer service excellence and resolves guest requests.
