Zax LLC is expanding its team and seeks a General Manager to guide daily restaurant operations, lead a high-performing team, and uphold brand standards. You will develop action plans aligned with company goals and ensure guest experiences meet the Zaxby’s promise.

This role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, scheduling, cost control, and adherence to safety and policy guidelines. Competitive pay with quarterly bonuses and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability for minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• 3–5 years management experience required; restaurant management preferred.
