Zaxbys is expanding and inviting you to join as General Manager to lead a team, drive morale, and uphold standards across daily operations. You will lead staffing, development, and profitability while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred.
• 3-5 years management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and leadership to create a positive culture and high team morale.
• Execute and assist in development of action plans per company goals and objectives.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, development, sales growth, and cost management.
• Maintain staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers.
• Ensure training and development with ongoing mentoring, coaching, and accountability for performance.
• Create effective work schedules to drive sales and control labor costs.
• Delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations clearly.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Build community relationships to increase sales and guest experiences.
• Control costs and losses; improve profitability and compliance with policies.
• Complete performance reviews for crew and assist with manager reviews.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company guidelines.
• Use management tools and maintain accurate records.
• Review performance metrics daily and plan actions to improve profitability.
