Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 3–5 years of management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to maintain a positive culture and high morale.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, cost control, and standards.
• Develop and implement action plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee scheduling, training, mentoring, and performance reviews for team members.
• Drive profitability by improving guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.
