Qualifications

• Ideal GM candidates have prior General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers to meet restaurant goals.
• Set goals, coach, and provide direction to improve Departments.
• Ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are maintained.
