McDonald's franchise in the United States is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant while ensuring McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, and coach for performance to drive growth.

The role requires previous GM experience in high-volume locations, with a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail. You must be 18 years or older.

• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers and coach them to achieve their goals.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team
• Set restaurant goals with leaders and create plans to achieve them.
