Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant in Oklahoma seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and drive profitability.

You will manage Department and Shift Managers, set goals, coach staff, and hire to build a capable team capable of sustaining high performance in a fast-paced environment. Minimum age 18; previous GM experience preferred; quick-service background desirable. Benefits include education programs, health coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, follows up on progress, and provides coaching to improve departments.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team.
• Help ensure staffing and scheduling to meet restaurant goals.
