Five Guys is seeking a General Manager who will own the restaurant—people, performance, and everything in between. This hands-on role requires leading from the front, coaching teams, and ensuring food quality and safety while controlling costs.

You’ll build a strong team, mentor future leaders, drive guest satisfaction, and grow the business through community engagement. Expect a fast-paced environment with real ownership and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Open availability and ability to work varying shifts each week.
• Desire to be a hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach and mentor to the crew.
• Strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative approach to growing the business including community engagement and fundraisers.
• ServSafe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and coach the Crew, Shift Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Build a great team, develop future leaders and maintain food quality and safety.
• Control costs and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
• Protect and uphold brand standards while operating the restaurant.
