Job summary

Tim Hortons in Arkansas is seeking a General Manager responsible for executing operational performance objectives to deliver guest satisfaction and top results across front-of-house and back-of-house.

You will lead health and safety, manage budgets and payroll, recruit and develop a high-performing team, uphold Always Fresh standards, and maintain community relationships while ensuring compliance and high guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ordering supplies and building maintenance, cleanliness and security.
• Be responsible for production of Always Fresh standards and waste levels.
• Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits, achieve sales and transaction targets, and administer payrolls.
• Recruit new team members, manage performance, train and develop staff, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Build bench strength by identifying and developing high-potential employees for progression.
• Set goals and objectives for the team and maintain an open-door policy.
• Ensure excellent communication with all shifts and provide ongoing day-to-day updates.
• Maintain compliance with applicable legislation and uphold high guest experience standards.
• Implement company policies and procedures, handle guest complaints professionally, and prepare performance reports.
• Establish relationships with the local community and participate in CSR activities.
• Enforce security procedures and ensure safety for team members and guests.
• Provide leadership on waste management and related procedures.
