Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant, partner with the District Manager, and drive performance across sales, profitability, and operations. You will hire, coach, and develop a team while upholding brand standards and delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include labor, inventory, compliance, and food safety management, with a focus on community engagement and growth opportunities within a fast-paced, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience with operational and/or financial responsibility.
• A people-first leadership style with strong communication skills and a focus on developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business by owning restaurant performance across sales, profitability, and daily operations.
• Set the guest experience standard by ensuring fast, friendly service and resolving guest issues with care and urgency.
• Develop leaders and teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and recognizing Assistant Managers, Hourly Shift Coordinators, and Team Members.
• Drive strong execution and brand standards by managing labor, inventory, compliance, and food safety while supporting local community engagement.
