Qualifications

• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership with operational/financial responsibilities.
• 18+ years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• People-first leadership style with strong communication and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant performance across sales, profitability, and daily operations.
• Set the guest experience standard by ensuring fast, friendly service and resolving guest issues with care and urgency.
• Develop leaders by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and recognizing staff at all levels.
• Drive labor, inventory, compliance, and food safety while engaging with the local community.
