Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience in restaurant operations.
• Must be ServSafe certified.
• Professional Experience: At least 2 years restaurant management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Staff the restaurant with qualified employees and management for operations.
• Lead and manage restaurant operations to achieve brand standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction and local store marketing programs.
• Forecast sales and manage food, labor and other controllable costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable laws.
