Moe's Southwest Grill in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, staff development, and financial performance. You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold Moe's standards, and manage local store marketing and catering efforts.

You will ensure food quality, safety, and service, forecast sales, control costs, and maintain a high-performing team focused on brand values and ROI.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred or equivalent restaurant operations experience.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Staff the restaurant with top performers and manage recruitment and onboarding.
• Drive Radical Hospitality and maintain brand standards in food, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Lead local store marketing efforts and manage catering sales when applicable.
• Hit food cost and labor cost targets to ensure ROI and profitability.
• Forecast sales and manage schedules, inventory, and administrative reporting.
• Maintain restaurant facilities and equipment in good condition.
