Church's Chicken in Marrero, LA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who is passionate about delivering a high quality, value-driven dining experience with friendly, quick, accurate service in a clean and safe environment. The RGM is responsible for all business activities at one restaurant location and leads the team to exceed guest expectations.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets, train staff, and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant.
Completion of all required training with passing scores.
Strong knowledge of customer service standards.

Responsibilities

Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations.
