Domino's Team BAM! in Plano, TX is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store, supervise daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will manage costs, inventory, food safety, and team performance; recruit, coach, and develop staff; drive sales and profitability while upholding brand standards. The ideal candidate has management experience, strong communication, P&L familiarity, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, cost controls, inventory, food quality, cleanliness, and attendance.
