Qualifications

• Prior management experience or equivalent leadership roles.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost and labor."
• Strong math and numerical accuracy; excellent verbal and written communication.
