Domino's Team BAM! seeks a General Manager to lead our store with proven restaurant leadership. You will optimize operations, drive sales, and maintain high standards of service, safety, and quality.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage costs and inventory, and ensure excellent customer experiences daily. A strong communicator who can motivate the team and uphold company policies is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results, including cost controls and inventory.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
• Manage food safety and team member safety protocols.
• Provide best in class customer service at all times.
• Increase sales and profit potential with effective leadership.
