Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support a high-performing team. You will be responsible for cost controls, inventory, food quality, safety, and image standards while driving sales and profitability.

Leadership and accountability are essential in this role to maintain a top-notch customer experience. Ideal candidates bring prior management or supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a track record

Qualifications

• Prior management experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and drive results including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, and attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
• Manage food safety and team member safety.
