Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Plano, TX is looking for a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store efficiently, take care of customers, and support the team.

The role focuses on store operations, cost controls, inventory, and ensuring food safety while driving sales and profitability. A strong candidate will recruit and develop staff and deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
