Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager to lead store operations with a focus on customer service excellence, cost controls, and team development.

You will oversee staffing, training, safety, and performance to drive sales and profitability in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality in a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
