Responsibilities

• Daily walkthrough providing feedback to various areas.
• Menu development and revision of menus as required.
• Management of all financial reporting including inventory, revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Assist accounting with daily operational items (cash drop variance, credit cards, accounts receivable, payroll).
• Provide assistance with other F&B operations or projects within Suntex.
