Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a General Manager to lead our Miami restaurant on the Corporate Field Operations team. You will drive sales and profits by managing the full P&L while delivering outstanding Guest and Team service.

You will analyze performance, plan staffing, hire strong candidates, ensure a high-energy, safe, and clean operation, and coach teams to exceed standards. This role demands leadership in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to integrity, service, excellence and growth.

Aufgaben

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Continually analyze data and develop plans to improve sales, profits, service and efficiency.
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed to guarantee consistent operations and Guest satisfaction.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, procedures and Guest service.
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy violations; provide coaching to employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean and engaging restaurant environment for employees and Guests.
