Qualifications

• Over 2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills.
• Microsoft Office and general systems experience.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Analyze data and develop plans to improve sales and profits and increase service and efficiency.
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates for the right positions.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed to maintain operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, and guest service; respond to complaints and violations.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and motivating environment for employees and guests.
