Job summary

Checkers & Rally's is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant, drive sales and profitability, and deliver exceptional Guest and Team service. You will manage the operation to ensure we are the 1st Choice for guests and employees, focusing on P&L, cost controls, and safety.

Responsibilities include analyzing data to boost sales, determining staffing needs, hiring the right people, coaching staff, and maintaining a high-energy, clean, welcoming environment in a fast-paced QSR setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Food Safety Certified preferred.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants.
• Microsoft Office and general systems experience

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Continually analyze data and develop plans to improve sales, profits, service and efficiency.
• Determine staffing needs and hire for the right positions.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed to guarantee consistent operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, and guest service; respond to complaints and violations.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees on performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and guests.
